No prémio mais temido, o de Pior Filme, triunfou um documentário de oposição a Hillary Clinton. Hillary’s America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party mereceu ainda a vitória em Pior Realizador, Pior Ator e Pior Atriz.
Batman v Super-Homem: O Despertar da Justiça ficou em segundo na lista dos mais premiados, levando as distinções de Pior Ator Secundário, Pior Remake, Rip-Off ou Sequela, Pior Dupla (Ben Affleck e Henry Cavill) e Pior Argumento.
Perante o domínio dos dois filmes no cenário dos Razzies 201, só Zoolander 2 conseguiu intrometer-se nas vitórias, com a framboesa de Pior Atriz Secundária para Kristen Wiig, que teve o infortúnio de merecer esta distinção.
